  • Yes - we have a membership-based model to ensure a lower pet to vet ratio, which means more time for you and your pet.

    Members have access to unlimited in-home visits and 24/7 virtual care.

  • No - at this time Stay only offers memberships for dogs or cats.

  • No - Stay is a companion animal veterinary practice. Stay does offer 24/7 virtual care, so you can get advice whenever you need. Emergencies will be referred to emergency clinics.

  • If this is your first visit, please complete all paperwork in your membership portal. This will ensure we have all the information we need prior to getting to your home.

    We want your pet to be as comfortable as possible. To prepare for the veterinary team arrival, create a happy space for your dog or cat. This could be their favorite toy, a tasty treat, or a calm cozy space. This will help reduce the stress - which is our top priority!

  • The pet taxi is way to make surgery days more manageable with your schedule. However, it is not a requirement.

    When scheduling a surgery, opt-in for the pet taxi. Prior to the surgery day, you will get an estimated pick-up time. Day of the surgery, a team of nurses will check in your pet at your home and take them to the clinic.

    We know surgery days are stressful for the owner. We provide ongoing communication, so you can always be at ease and aware of what is happening with your pet.
